Returns & Exchanges

Customers have 30 days to return eligible merchandise for a refund to the original form of payment. Please get in touch with us by using the form on the Contact page to process returns & exchanges.

- For merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment at the actual selling price.

- We'll gladly accept unused merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging. Defective items may still be accepted.

- Final Sale Policy: Please note that special orders, reusable and protective face masks, personal care, and sale items purchased at an additional sale-on-sale discount and marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
