HOW TO USE:

Squeeze into your hands and massage into the skin from neck to toes evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating or immediately after towel drying at least every 2 hours. Warning: For external use only. Do not use it on damaged or broken skin.
